Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using STEEV GTS services.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing, registering for, downloading, installing, activating, or otherwise using any product, service, software, dashboard, or related technology provided by STEEV GTS (collectively, the “Services”), you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”), together with our Privacy Policy and Risk Disclosure & Disclaimer, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease all use of the Services and uninstall any software provided by STEEV GTS. Your continued use of the Services following any modification to these Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of such modifications.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and STEEV GTS (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms govern your access to and use of all services, software, digital products, dashboards, APIs, documentation, VPS deployments, installation assistance, licensing infrastructure, and any other offerings made available by STEEV GTS.

2. COMPANY IDENTITY AND NATURE OF SERVICES

2.1 Company Overview

STEEV GTS is a proprietary fintech software company specializing in the development, licensing, and support of automated trading software designed exclusively for the XAUUSD (Gold) market on the MetaTrader 5 (MT5) trading platform.

2.2 What STEEV GTS Is

STEEV GTS is a technology company providing software tools, licensing infrastructure, customer dashboards, VPS deployment coordination, installation assistance, strategic configuration files, and related support services. All software and services are provided strictly as technological tools to automate order execution based on pre-configured algorithmic strategies.

2.3 What STEEV GTS Is Not

STEEV GTS is not a broker, financial institution, investment firm, hedge fund, fund manager, portfolio manager, financial advisor, commodity trading advisor (CTA), or registered investment advisor of any kind. STEEV GTS does not:

• Manage, hold, custody, or control customer funds or capital
• Provide personalized investment advice or financial recommendations
• Guarantee profits, returns, or account growth of any kind
• Accept deposits or withdrawals on behalf of customers
• Execute trades on behalf of customers independently of the MT5 platform
• Hold any financial regulatory license or authorization to conduct regulated financial activities

Users retain full ownership, custody, and control of their own brokerage accounts and funds at all times. STEEV GTS does not have access to user funds, account credentials, or the ability to withdraw funds from user accounts.

3. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher, to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:

• You are of legal age to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction
• You are not prohibited by any applicable law, regulation, or court order from using automated trading software
• Your use of the Services does not violate any applicable law, rule, regulation, or the terms and conditions of your brokerage agreement
• You have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or any entity you represent
• You have conducted your own due diligence and independently assessed the suitability of automated trading for your financial situation

STEEV GTS reserves the right to refuse service or terminate accounts at its sole discretion for failure to meet eligibility requirements or for any other reason permitted under these Terms.

4. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

4.1 Expert Advisor (EA) Software

STEEV GTS provides a proprietary MetaTrader 5 Expert Advisor (EA) designed to automate trade execution on the XAUUSD instrument. The EA operates exclusively within the MT5 platform installed on the user’s own computer or virtual private server (VPS). The EA is provided as a compiled binary file (.ex5) and is not provided in source code form. The EA executes trades through proprietary algorithmic execution, trade management, and automated order handling methodologies developed and owned exclusively by STEEV GTS.

4.2 License Management System

STEEV GTS operates a proprietary server-side license management system (“SteevLM”) that authenticates, validates, and enforces license terms on a per-MT5-account basis. License activation is tied to specific MT5 account numbers as designated during the activation process. Unauthorized use beyond licensed parameters will result in immediate license suspension without refund.

4.3 Customer Dashboard

Licensed users receive access to a web-based customer dashboard hosted at pro.steevgts.com. The dashboard provides license management functionality, order history, support ticket submission, and administrative controls. Dashboard access is conditional upon valid license status and compliance with these Terms.

4.4 VPS Deployment Services

For eligible license packages, STEEV GTS may provide VPS deployment coordination, including assistance with EA installation on third-party VPS infrastructure. VPS services are dependent upon third-party hosting providers, and STEEV GTS expressly disclaims all liability for VPS-related service interruptions, outages, data loss, or performance degradation caused by third-party VPS providers.

4.5 Support Services

STEEV GTS provides user support through the customer dashboard’s ticketing system. Support is provided on a commercially reasonable efforts basis. STEEV GTS does not guarantee specific response times or resolution outcomes. Support services do not constitute financial advice, trading recommendations, or investment guidance of any nature.

5. LICENSE GRANT AND RESTRICTIONS

5.1 License Grant

Subject to full payment, compliance with these Terms, and successful license activation, STEEV GTS grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable, limited license to install and use the STEEV GTS EA software for your own personal or internal trading purposes, strictly within the following license parameters:

• One (1) live MT5 trading account as registered during activation
• One (1) demo MT5 trading account as registered during activation

5.2 License Restrictions

The license granted herein is strictly limited. You may not, and may not permit any third party to:

• Copy, duplicate, clone, replicate, or reproduce the software or any component thereof
• Distribute, resell, sublicense, transfer, rent, lease, or share the software with any third party
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, decrypt, or attempt to derive the source code of the software
• Modify, adapt, translate, alter, or create derivative works based upon the software
• Use the software on any MT5 account not registered during the activation process
• Use the software for commercial purposes, including but not limited to, managing third-party accounts or funds
• Circumvent, disable, bypass, or otherwise interfere with any license enforcement, authentication, or protection mechanism
• Use the software in conjunction with proprietary trading challenges, prop firm accounts, or managed account programs without prior written authorization from STEEV GTS
• Share license credentials, dashboard access, or activation codes with any third party
• Use the software in any jurisdiction where its use is prohibited by applicable law

5.3 License Enforcement

STEEV GTS employs server-side license validation that authenticates each EA execution session. The licensing system records and verifies MT5 account numbers, device identifiers, and usage parameters. Any detected violation of these license restrictions will result in immediate, automatic license revocation without notice and without refund. STEEV GTS reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies for license violations.

5.4 License Term and Expiry

Licenses are issued for the term specified at the time of purchase. Upon license expiry, the EA will cease functioning. License renewals are available at STEEV GTS’s then-current pricing. Expired licenses do not entitle the user to continued access, refunds, or compensation of any kind.

5.5 License Revocation

STEEV GTS reserves the right to immediately revoke, suspend, or terminate any license, without notice and without refund, in cases including but not limited to: license sharing, fraud, reverse engineering, unauthorized distribution, chargebacks, abuse of support services, system manipulation, circumvention attempts, or any violation of these Terms.

6. PAYMENT, FEES, AND BILLING

6.1 Pricing

All fees are displayed on the STEEV GTS website at the time of purchase. STEEV GTS reserves the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice. Price changes do not affect licenses already purchased and paid for prior to the effective date of the change.

6.2 Payment Processing

All payments are processed through third-party payment processors. STEEV GTS does not store, access, or retain payment card information. Users agree to the terms and conditions of the applicable third-party payment processor. STEEV GTS is not responsible for payment processing errors, failures, delays, or disputes arising from third-party payment processors.

6.3 Taxes

You are solely responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, levies, or withholdings associated with your purchase. STEEV GTS may add applicable taxes to invoiced amounts where legally required.

7. REFUND POLICY

7.1 Digital Product Nature

STEEV GTS products are digital goods delivered electronically, including software licenses, digital activation codes, dashboard access credentials, downloadable configuration files, and backtest data files. By completing your purchase and initiating the activation or download process, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that:

• The product has been made immediately available to you in digital form
• You expressly waive any right of withdrawal or cancellation that may otherwise apply under consumer protection law to the extent permitted by applicable law
• All sales of digital products, activated licenses, and delivered services are final and non-refundable

7.2 Non-Refundable Items

The following items are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances:

• Any license that has been activated against an MT5 account number
• Any software file that has been downloaded or delivered
• Any dashboard access that has been provided
• Any VPS deployment or installation service that has been initiated or completed
• Any configuration or strategy file that has been delivered
• Any subscription fee for any period already in progress

7.3 Exceptions

Refunds may be considered, at STEEV GTS’s sole and absolute discretion, only in cases of verified technical failure directly attributable to STEEV GTS’s infrastructure, where the user has not activated the license, downloaded the software, or accessed the dashboard, and where a written request is submitted within forty-eight (48) hours of purchase. STEEV GTS’s decision regarding refund eligibility is final and binding.

7.4 Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider without first exhausting STEEV GTS’s support and dispute resolution process is a material breach of these Terms. STEEV GTS reserves the right to immediately revoke all licenses, dashboard access, and services upon detection of a chargeback, and to pursue recovery of amounts disputed plus all costs and fees associated with the chargeback process.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

8.1 Ownership

All intellectual property rights in and to the STEEV GTS software, Expert Advisor compiled code, algorithms, trading strategies, source code, dashboard, website, documentation, brand materials, logos, graphics, mascots, designs, written content, configuration files, backtest data, and all other materials and technology provided by STEEV GTS are and shall remain the exclusive property of STEEV GTS. No rights are granted to you except the limited license expressly described in Section 5.

8.2 Trademarks

“STEEV GTS,” the STEEV GTS logo, the STEEV mascot, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of STEEV GTS. You may not use such marks without prior written authorization from STEEV GTS. All other trademarks, service marks, and trade names referenced herein are the property of their respective owners.

8.3 Prohibited Conduct

You expressly agree not to:

• Claim ownership of or rights to any STEEV GTS intellectual property
• Use STEEV GTS trademarks, branding, logos, or marketing materials without written permission
• Represent yourself as affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorized by STEEV GTS without written authorization
• Create competing products, services, or software derived from or inspired by any STEEV GTS product
• Record, screenshot, or reproduce dashboard content or software interfaces for commercial or public distribution purposes

8.4 Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, ideas, or recommendations you provide to STEEV GTS regarding the Services shall be deemed non-confidential and STEEV GTS shall have the unrestricted right to use, implement, and exploit such feedback without any obligation of compensation, attribution, or confidentiality.

9. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

As a condition of using the Services, you accept full and sole responsibility for:

• Ensuring that your use of the Services complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
• Verifying compatibility of the Services with your broker’s terms and conditions prior to use
• All trading decisions executed or automated by the EA on your account
• Maintaining adequate account capital, margin levels, and risk management parameters
• Properly configuring all EA input parameters in accordance with your risk tolerance and account specifications
• Maintaining the security of your dashboard credentials, license keys, and MT5 account credentials
• Ensuring continuous and stable internet connectivity and VPS operation for uninterrupted EA performance
• Monitoring your trading account and EA performance on a regular basis
• Complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and tax obligations arising from your trading activity
• Consulting qualified legal, financial, and tax advisors before using the Services

10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE. STEEV GTS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT
• WARRANTIES THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE FROM HARMFUL COMPONENTS
• WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, COMPLETENESS, OR TIMELINESS OF ANY DATA, RESULTS, OR OUTPUTS
• WARRANTIES THAT THE SERVICES WILL ACHIEVE ANY PARTICULAR TRADING RESULT, PROFIT, OR RETURN
• WARRANTIES REGARDING COMPATIBILITY WITH ANY SPECIFIC BROKER, PLATFORM VERSION, OR REGULATORY ENVIRONMENT

NO ORAL OR WRITTEN INFORMATION OR ADVICE PROVIDED BY STEEV GTS, ITS EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY STATED IN THESE TERMS.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, STEEV GTS, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Trading losses, capital losses, or financial losses of any amount
• Loss of profits, revenue, income, or anticipated savings
• Loss of data, trading opportunities, or market positions
• Losses arising from broker errors, slippage, spread widening, or liquidity gaps
• Losses arising from VPS failure, internet outages, or hosting interruptions
• Losses arising from MT5 platform errors, crashes, or unavailability
• Losses arising from incorrect EA configuration or user error
• Losses arising from cyber attacks, unauthorized access, or data breaches
• Losses arising from regulatory changes, broker restrictions, or account suspensions
• Losses arising from prop firm challenge failures or rule violations

IN NO EVENT SHALL STEEV GTS’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO STEEV GTS IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. THIS LIMITATION APPLIES REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL THEORY UNDER WHICH LIABILITY IS CLAIMED.

12. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless STEEV GTS, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in any way related to: (a) your access to or use of the Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; (d) your trading activity or decisions; (e) your breach of any representation, warranty, or obligation under these Terms; or (f) any third-party claim arising from your use of the Services.

13. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. The parties expressly agree that Delaware law governs all aspects of these Terms, including the formation, interpretation, performance, and enforcement thereof. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising from or relating to these Terms, the Services, or any breach, termination, or validity thereof shall first be addressed through good-faith written negotiation between the parties. If the parties are unable to resolve the dispute through negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice from either party, the parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its then-current Commercial Arbitration Rules. The seat of arbitration shall be the State of Delaware, United States. The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language. The arbitrator’s award shall be final, binding, and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction. Nothing in this section shall limit either party’s right to seek emergency injunctive or equitable relief from any federal or state court of competent jurisdiction in Delaware to prevent irreparable harm, protect intellectual property, or enforce license restrictions, pending resolution of the underlying dispute through arbitration. You consent to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located in the State of Delaware for any such emergency relief proceedings.

14. TERMINATION

STEEV GTS may, at its sole discretion, immediately suspend or terminate your access to all Services, revoke your license, and delete your account, without notice and without liability, for any reason, including but not limited to: violation of these Terms, suspected fraud or abuse, chargebacks, non-payment, or for any business reason. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you shall immediately terminate, and you must cease all use of the software. Termination does not entitle you to any refund. Sections 8, 10, 11, 12, 13, and all other provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

15. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

STEEV GTS reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on the STEEV GTS website with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Services after the posting of changes constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must immediately cease using the Services.

16. MISCELLANEOUS

16.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Risk Disclosure & Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and STEEV GTS with respect to the Services and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties.

16.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

16.3 Waiver

No waiver by STEEV GTS of any breach of these Terms shall be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach. No waiver shall be effective unless made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of STEEV GTS.

16.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without STEEV GTS’s prior written consent. STEEV GTS may assign its rights and obligations without restriction.

16.5 Force Majeure

STEEV GTS shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance arising from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemic, war, terrorism, government action, telecommunications failures, power outages, or third-party service failures.

16.7 Survival of Provisions

The following provisions shall survive the termination, cancellation, suspension, expiration, or discontinuation of any service, subscription, account, license, or contractual relationship between you and STEEV GTS, and shall remain in full force and effect indefinitely:

• Section 8 (Intellectual Property Rights) and all intellectual property protections contained herein
• Section 5.2 (License Restrictions), which continue to apply even after license expiry or termination
• Section 10 (Disclaimer of Warranties) in its entirety
• Section 11 (Limitation of Liability) in its entirety
• Section 12 (Indemnification obligations) in their entirety
• Section 13 (Governing Law and Dispute Resolution provisions)
• All confidentiality obligations arising from access to proprietary software, algorithms, and licensing infrastructure
• All data protection and privacy obligations under the Privacy Policy
• STEEV GTS’s enforcement rights, including the right to pursue legal remedies for pre-termination violations
• All warranty disclaimers, risk disclosures, and limitation of liability provisions contained in any STEEV GTS legal document

Any provision of these Terms which, by its nature or express terms, is intended to survive the termination or expiration of the contractual relationship shall remain fully operative, binding, and enforceable after such termination or expiration. Termination of any agreement between you and STEEV GTS shall not limit STEEV GTS from pursuing any available remedy for breach of any provision that survives termination.

17. PROPRIETARY TRADING FIRM DISCLAIMER

17.1 No Affiliation

STEEV GTS is not affiliated with, endorsed by, approved by, authorized by, sponsored by, or in any way connected to any proprietary trading firm, funding organization, challenge provider, evaluation company, or broker of any kind. Any reference to proprietary trading firms, funded account programs, or trading challenges in STEEV GTS marketing materials, documentation, support communications, or website content is made solely for descriptive and informational purposes and does not imply any relationship, partnership, or approval.

17.2 User Responsibility for Prop Firm Compliance

Users who choose to operate the STEEV GTS EA in connection with any proprietary trading firm program, funded account evaluation, challenge account, scaling plan, or similar arrangement do so entirely at their own risk and on their own initiative. You are solely and exclusively responsible for:

• Reading, understanding, and complying with all rules, terms and conditions, trading restrictions, operational requirements, consistency requirements, profit targets, maximum drawdown limits, daily loss limits, time-based restrictions, prohibited strategy restrictions, and any other requirements imposed by any proprietary trading firm
• Ensuring that the use of automated trading software, Expert Advisors, and algorithmic trading is permitted under the specific rules of your chosen proprietary trading firm or challenge provider prior to use
• Monitoring your funded or evaluation account for compliance with applicable rules at all times
• Ensuring that EA configuration settings, lot sizes, risk parameters, and trading behavior comply with all applicable challenge or funded account restrictions
• Verifying that any promotional or marketing materials produced by third parties regarding STEEV GTS compatibility with specific prop firm programs are accurate and current, as prop firm rules may change without notice

17.3 No Liability for Prop Firm Outcomes

STEEV GTS expressly disclaims all liability and responsibility for any adverse outcome arising from the use of STEEV GTS software in connection with any proprietary trading firm program, challenge, evaluation, or funded account arrangement, including but not limited to:

• Failed evaluations or challenge failures of any kind
• Breached funded accounts due to drawdown rule violations
• Loss of funded account status or trader status
• Account terminations, suspensions, or permanent bans imposed by any prop firm
• Account restrictions or trading limitations imposed following rule violations
• Disqualification from funding programs, scaling plans, or reward structures
• Rule violations caused by EA behavior, including automated trade execution patterns, frequency, lot sizing, or any other algorithmic characteristic
• Financial losses arising from forfeited evaluation fees, challenge fees, or funded account capital

STEEV GTS makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee that the STEEV GTS EA, in any configuration, will comply with the specific rules of any proprietary trading firm. It is your sole responsibility to verify compliance before deploying any automated trading strategy within a prop firm environment.

18. LICENSE TRANSFER AND REASSIGNMENT

18.1 Transfer Eligibility

Certain STEEV GTS subscription plans may include account reassignment or license transfer functionality, allowing eligible users to reassign their license to a different MT5 account number under the conditions and limitations set forth in this Section. The availability of transfer functionality is determined solely by the license tier purchased and as communicated in the product description at the time of purchase. Transfer functionality, where available, is a discretionary feature and not a guaranteed contractual right.

18.2 Transfer Request Process

Where transfer functionality is available, users must submit a formal transfer request through the STEEV GTS customer dashboard. All transfer requests are subject to review, investigation, and approval by STEEV GTS at its sole and absolute discretion. STEEV GTS reserves the unrestricted right to:

• Review and investigate any transfer request prior to approval
• Request supporting documentation or justification for any transfer request
• Approve or reject any transfer request for any reason, with or without explanation
• Impose limits on the frequency of transfer requests, including minimum waiting periods between transfers
• Suspend transfer privileges for any account at any time
• Refuse transfers that STEEV GTS reasonably suspects to be associated with abuse, circumvention, or fraudulent activity

18.3 Prohibited Transfer Activity

License transfer functionality is provided solely for legitimate personal use, such as migrating to a new brokerage account. The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Excessive or repetitive transfer requests beyond reasonable personal use patterns
• Transfer requests designed or intended to share a single license across multiple users or beneficiaries
• Automated or scripted submission of transfer requests
• Transfer requests submitted following or in anticipation of fraudulent activity, chargebacks, or abuse
• Transfer requests intended to circumvent license enforcement, billing obligations, or subscription limitations
• Coordinated transfer activity conducted by multiple accounts in connection with any form of license sharing scheme

18.4 Consequences of Transfer Abuse

STEEV GTS reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without notice, to take any of the following actions upon detection of excessive, suspicious, fraudulent, automated, or abusive transfer activity:

• Immediate suspension of the license associated with the abusive activity
• Permanent termination of the license without refund
• Permanent revocation of transfer privileges on the affected account and any associated accounts
• Restriction or closure of the user account
• Initiation of legal proceedings where warranted

All such actions may be taken without prior notice, without refund of any fees paid, and without any obligation to provide explanation. STEEV GTS’s determination of what constitutes abusive transfer activity is final and binding.

19. ALGORITHMIC TRADING AND AUTOMATION DISCLAIMER

19.1 No Predictive Capability

22.1 User Responsibility for Credentials

You are solely and exclusively responsible for maintaining the confidentiality, integrity, and security of your STEEV GTS account credentials, including but not limited to: your dashboard username and password, two-factor authentication codes, license keys, activation codes, API keys, MT5 account credentials, and any other access credentials, tokens, or authentication information provided to you by or in connection with STEEV GTS. The obligation of confidentiality extends to all household members, employees, contractors, and any other individuals who may have physical or digital access to your devices or accounts.

22.2 Security Obligations

12. VPS SERVICE EXPIRATION AND INFRASTRUCTURE TRANSITION RISKS

For eligible subscription packages, STEEV GTS may provide virtual private server (VPS) hosting as a promotional benefit for a limited period as specified in the applicable product description at the time of purchase. VPS hosting is not a perpetual service and is subject to expiration upon conclusion of the promotional period.

12.1 User Responsibilities Upon VPS Expiration

Upon the expiration of any promotional VPS period, you become solely and exclusively responsible for:

• Procuring, configuring, and maintaining your own VPS or alternative hosting infrastructure suitable for continuous EA operation
• All ongoing VPS costs, subscription fees, and infrastructure expenses

12.2 Disclaimer of Liability for VPS-Related Events

STEEV GTS shall not be liable for any losses, missed trades, missed profit opportunities, open position mismanagement, account drawdowns, account margin calls, or financial harm of any nature arising from:

• Expiration of a promotional VPS period
• Service interruptions, downtime, or degraded performance of any third-party VPS provider
• Errors, complications, or data loss occurring during server migration activities
• Failure to timely procure replacement hosting infrastructure following VPS expiration

STEEV GTS strongly recommends that users maintain awareness of VPS expiration dates and initiate infrastructure transition planning well in advance of expiration. STEEV GTS may, at its discretion and without obligation, provide advance notice of VPS expiration, but the ultimate responsibility for timely transition rests solely with the user.
